"Sija” is a story about strength, growth, and togetherness.

We are redefining Lithuanian cuisine through a refined zero-waste approach.

Striving to balance the past and the present, the sustainability of nature and the precision of modern gastronomy.

We work with local farmers, choose seasonal products, and respect their origins — this is how our dishes are born, telling the story of Lithuanian cuisine in a contemporary way.

Every plate is a tribute to people, nature, and time. It is our way of showing that sustainability can be delicious, and simplicity can be exceptional.
